iOS-specific guide to fixing connection issues.
Step 1: Basic Checks
- Bluetooth is ON
- CardioMood is charged
- Devices are within range
Step 2: Toggle Bluetooth
1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth
2. Turn OFF
3. Wait 10 seconds
4. Turn ON
Step 3: Forget and Re-pair
1. Settings > Bluetooth > CardioMood
2. Tap "Forget This Device"
3. Open CardioMood app
4. Add device again
Step 4: Restart iPhone
Hold side button + volume, slide to power off, then restart.
Step 5: Reset Network Settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
