Step 1: Check Requirements
- Bluetooth ON
- Location ON (required for BLE)
- All app permissions granted
Step 2: Toggle Bluetooth
1. Pull down notification shade
2. Tap Bluetooth to turn OFF
3. Wait 10 seconds
4. Tap to turn ON
Step 3: Clear Pairing
1. Settings > Connected devices
2. Find CardioMood > Forget
3. Re-pair from the app
Step 4: Clear App Data
1. Settings > Apps > CardioMood
2. Storage > Clear Cache
3. Try again
Step 5: Disable Battery Optimization
Settings > Apps > CardioMood > Battery > Don't optimize
