How to properly wear your CardioMood for accurate readings.
Correct Positioning
- Wear on your non-dominant wrist
- Position 1-2 finger widths above wrist bone
- Sensors should contact your skin
- Strap should be snug but comfortable
During Exercise
- Tighten slightly for high-intensity activities
- Move higher up the arm if needed
- Wipe sweat that accumulates
During Sleep
- Wear as usual for sleep tracking
- Slightly looser is fine for comfort
- Ensure it stays in place
Common Mistakes
- Too loose (inaccurate readings)
- Too tight (uncomfortable, skin irritation)
- Over clothing (no skin contact)
